CANCELLATION POLICY: All retreat rates include a $50 non-refundable for any reason deposit. If you are not able to attend the registered retreat, for any reason whatsoever, we will transfer your deposit to a future retreat if we are notified in writing, at least 30 days prior to the registered retreat. WE WILL ONLY MOVE YOUR DEPOSIT ONCE. Be sure to submit your request to transfer VIA EMAIL ONLY. Cancellation requests received 0 to 29 days prior to the retreat will result in a total forfeiture of the deposit and it will not be transferable. Cancellation requests received 8 to 14 days prior to any retreat and for any reason will also incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received within 7 days prior to any retreat and for any reason will result in a full, 100% forfeiture of all monies paid for said retreat. Monies paid beyond deposit and cancellation fee will be refunded upon written request after said event (or quicker if time allows). Please do not ask for any waivers or bending of this published policy. Craftonanza is 100% non-refundable / non-transferable in any way, shape, or form.
